Covid Hygiene Concept

Below is the hygiene concept for all Berlin Film Community events.

The hygiene policy for all events run by the Berlin Film Community conform to the Fourth Ordinance on Measures Required to Protect the Population from Infections with the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus (Fourth SARS-CoV-2 Infection Protection Measures Ordinance – 4. InfSchMV)

We ask visitors with acute respiratory diseases to refrain from going to our events. Our events will take place under the 2G+ model. Admission to our events is limited to individuals who can provide proof of both full vaccination or are considered recovered and either have completed their booster shot or have proof of a negative test from within the last 24 hours. Digitally readable vaccination or convalescent certificates must be presented as proof (such as via the federal government’s Corona Warn app or the Robert Koch Institute’s CovPass app. Printed QR codes are also digitally verifiable).

Children under the age of 18 may attend events if they test negative (from 6 years on). The same applies to persons who cannot be vaccinated against the coronavirus for medical reasons and can prove this by means of a medical certificate or maternity passport. However, these persons must present a negative PCR test.

Medical or FFP2 mask:
Participants must wear FFP2 masks when not in their seat as per the regulations.

Ticketing system: To minimize the number of attendees, all people will be asked to pre-register on the Berlin Film Community website, www.berllinfilmcommunity.com, for the specific event.

Documenting Attendance: In order to document visitors with contact tracing information, all visitors to our events must be pre-registered on our website for whichever event they will be attending with their first and last name, full address, telephone number, day and time of the event attended. This documenting of the attendance is carried out in compliance with the guidelines of the German Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO) and is deleted four weeks after the end of the event. The data will only be handed over to the appropriate authority on request if a person is suspected of having been infectious at the time of the event, in line with the infection protection law.

Seating: In order to maintain the minimum distance of 1.50 m, individual seats will be marked off. As a result, there can unfortunately only be a limited number of seats available for each event.

Toilets: The social distancing rules also apply in the toilets. Sufficient liquid soap will be available.
