Aside from our Pitch & Planning Sessions and Drink.Watch.Talk. movie night, which have been and will remain free, we will have member exclusive events. These will be seminars that will help you learn new skills, give you information, such as how to secure funding, tips and tricks, or interviews with filmmakers that will be enlightening and hopefully inspiring.
We offer courses, workshops, seminars, mentorships, and collaborative projects that sharpen skills and inspire innovation. Aside from gaining access to exclusive events, as a member you will also get discounts on all the other educational work we put on, such as workshops on diverse subjects, mentorships to help you learn directly from an established professional, and much more.
One of the member benefits we were able to negotiate is a 15% discount on rentals from 2Sp. It can be even higher depending on your project and equipment needs. Simply show your membership status to 2Sp and they will help you out.
We also have some equipment that we are able to rent at no cost to members. There may be a small insurance fee, we are working to figure this all out.
As a Verein, or club, we are a member driven organization. Our members are the reason we do this and by becoming a member you will have a voice in our direction. The membership will have the ability to suggest and vote on initiatives and on what events we hold. Members also can hold roles of importance and lead their own initiatives.
Our membership costs only €30 for a one year membership. With this donation, not only do you get the above benefits, you are also helping keep our community going. Running this community takes a lot of effort and time and we truly appreciate every member subscription. As we get a larger member base, we can do even more, and we will.
